Terms and Policies 

*Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Grafika Cake Studio LLC. Once you have placed an order with us, you agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. *


To reserve your event date a 50% non-refundable deposit is due following your consultation and signing of the contract. If we do not receive the 50% deposit and signed contract, we will not be able to hold a date for you. Be aware that this date may become unavailable as we work on a first come first pay policy. 

Final Payment 

The remaining payments due will be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event. If the order is not paid in full by the date noted on your contract, then your order will be deemed cancelled. Grafika Cake Studio will not complete your order and no refund will be issued. 

If your cake is ordered within 14 days of the event then 100% will be due along with your signed contract at the consultation. If this is not received then we will not be able to proceed with your order. 

Design Changes 

You may request design changes up to 14 days prior to your event. Be aware that any changes to your order’s design may result in extra charges. Extra charges will need to be paid according to our Payment Policy above.

Even if design changes are requested 14 days or more in advance, more lavish or difficult changes may not be able to be made due to time constraints or the unavailability of extra decorations

Cancellation and Refunds 

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Due to our full schedule and our attention to detail, we spend many hours planning and preparing even before beginning an order.Since all of our cakes are completely custom-designed and made special for each customer, we are unable to provide a price list. Our cakes are priced by the complexity of design and cake/filling choices


When our baked goods are ready, we take utmost care to deliver them to you in perfect condition. If the parcel gets damaged in transit, call us as soon as possible after receiving it. We may ask you to return the parcel to the rider. Our main goal is never to let our customers’ expectations down; so we will try our best to fix the damage somehow.

If you collect the order yourself or send someone else to collect it on your behalf, we are not responsible for any damage incurred. If the customer returns the damaged cake to the bakery for repair, an additional fee will be charged depending on the amount of fix needed
