Do you bake all your cakes and desserts from scratch?
Yes, we do. Everything is made from scratch and we can customize cakes to your liking.
Do you cater to events?
Yes! We cater to all events from birthdays to weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and graduation ceremonies; customized according to your budget needs.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, you can order customized cakes, cupcakes, with edible theme images and letters. The images are edible ink printed on rice paper glued to the glaze, and the letters are painted with food coloring get. Get in touch with us to place a custom order.
Do you provide delivery service?
Yes, we do. Delivery charges are applicable on orders depending on the distance and area.
How early do I need to order cakes?
All orders should be placed at least 4-6 weeks in advance. However, we strongly recommend that you place your order as soon as possible, as we reach our maximum capacity earlier than expected.
How are your cakes priced?
Our cakes are priced according to the serving (contact us to get cake information and prices). The price includes your choice of different flavors, toppings, designs, and cake decorations.
Can I change the design of my cake?
Yes, you can. Design changes must be made at least 2 weeks before the event date. Keep in mind that any design changes usually result in additional costs.
Do I have to call to place an order?
If you have a special order for an event, it is always a good idea to call and discuss it with us. We have a variety of sweet items in our store for you to choose from. If you call us before entering the bakery, we will be happy to keep all products for your arrival. If the decorator is still at work, you can place your order the same day. The choice depends on what is in stock during the day.
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards, cash, or paid online via invoice. Full payment is required for customized orders before delivery or at the time of pick up. For wedding cakes and tiered cakes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of placing an order, the amount depends on the value of each design.
What if my order is damaged?
We will do our best to ensure that your items are carefully packaged so your order can reach the destination safely.
